Note: All reservations must be accompanied by a $250.00 non-rfundable deposit.

Full payment must be received 10 days prior to occupancy. Reservations made less than 14 days in advance of occupancy must be accompanied by full payment.

State and Local Lodging tax (total of 11%) will be added to all rates. Rates do NOT include the cleaning fee ($65.00).

About our rates:

Personal Checks, Visa, or Master card payments accepted.

* Daily rentals are generally not available unless the rental is VERY short notice for a period that is not booked (5 day maximum advance notice).
** Weekly rates are for Saturday check-in and check-out ONLY.
*** Monthly rates are for Calendar months. Check-in on the 1st, check-out on the last day of the month.

Weekly rates for weeks that span two rate periods will get the rate for the higher period.
